Psychiatric patient is abused and used by a nurse. The scene starts in an office where the patient can’t seem to sit still. It moves to a padded room where she ends up in a strait jacket getting severely beaten and having the nurse sit on her face. She sticks a mouth spreader on her and then gets her bottom prepared for a hook which is connected to the head gear.
The episode then moves into a medical room with her in stirrups. Her butt is spread open and she’s cleaned out, then she takes a fist and a enormous metal plug. It ends with a strap-on session back in the padded room
